What’s Wrong With Our Food System? The 11 Year Old Kid Who’s Ted Talk Went Viral

“Ding ding…” my friend’s text get’s pushed onto my phone. I reach over and read:

“Check this kid out! 🙂 11 year old kid that Monsanto doesn’t want you to see”

Hmmm… interesting… I touch the link and five minutes later I’m smiling all over. 😀 Don’t just take my word for it – check this out:

On August 28, 2010 11 year old Birke Baehr stood up in front of the Tedx NextGeneration Asheville convention and gave this stirring speech that went viral peaking over 1.25 million views on youtube.

So, what’s wrong with our food system? I’ll let Birke tell you:

    Thank God for home schooled kids, and parents who teach their children about gardening. There is hope for the future of America when we have kids like Birke.
